How do I submit or update my travel plans?

‍Please submit one Guest Information form per party, providing your flight, lodging, rental-car, airport-transfer, meal, dietary, and travel-assistance information.

Plans do change; this is neither a difficulty nor a cause for concern. If anything changes after you have submitted the form, please call or text us or email Info@MeetUsAtPotlatch.com. We are here to help and will gladly assist with whatever may be needed.‍

Will airport transportation be arranged?

‍ Yes. Mike and Ryan will see to the coordination of airport transportation using the flight information provided through the Guest Information form. Where arrival schedules permit, guests may travel together.

Fares handled individually by each party. Complete transfer and payment details will be provided once the schedule has been finalized.

‍ Can guests staying off-property visit Potlatch?

Most certainly. Wherever you may be staying, Potlatch is your home for the weekend. Every guest will have complete access to the club and its amenities throughout the celebration.

We hope you will make Potlatch your home base—not merely for the scheduled events, but throughout the weekend so that we may spend these days together as they were intended.

‍Reservations may still be required for dining, spa services, or certain activities. Personal purchases and services remain the responsibility of each guest.‍

Which meals will be hosted?

Thursday — Dinner will be hosted.
Friday — Lunch will be hosted.
Saturday — Dinner will be hosted.

Friday evening, together with Saturday morning and afternoon, has been deliberately left free, allowing guests to explore Eleuthera at their own pace and enjoy the island in their own fashion.

Will transportation be provided for the events?

Event transportation is separate from airport transportation. The final plan will be shaped by where guests are staying. Those at nearby properties may find that a dedicated shuttle is unnecessary; for guests staying farther, transportation will be arranged as needed.

Routes, pickup locations, departure windows, and return arrangements will be shared in good time before the celebration.

How do I arrange transportation if we wish to explore Eleuthera?

Eleuthera is not served by Uber. Those wishing to venture beyond The Potlatch Club will need to arrange transportation in advance with one of the recommended taxi drivers below.

A little forethought will ensure that nothing stands between you and the meal, activity, or corner of the island you have set out to enjoy.‍ ‍
